Get to know us!
We are working to create a Pécs where children can represent their own interests and have access to opportunities and experiences.

company team building
and social responsibility
in the spirit of experiential education
In 2023, the Embassy of the Netherlands awarded our organisation the Human Rights Tulip Award for our efforts to help disadvantaged children and for our violence prevention programme for disadvantaged adolescent girls, the Not or Alone Programme.
Trauma Kaleidoscope
The volume *Traumakaleidoszkóp* was published in 2023; it examines individual, communal and societal traumas. This interdisciplinary volume also includes a chapter by staff members of the Experience Archive (Anita Fúrós, Ramóna Sütő and Zsófia Tasnádi).
Edison100
In both 2024 and 2025, we have been included in the Edison100 list, which brings together educational initiatives each year that will help children develop important skills for the future.
Minifesto Competition
In the summer of 2026, we received national recognition from the Partners Hungary Foundation as an outstanding local initiative that has demonstrably and effectively supported the wellbeing of disadvantaged young children and their families. The project is part of the international Act for Early Years part of a global campaign.
Meet our staff
Bogi Balogh
I'm Bogi and I've been involved in the Experience Warehouse since September 2023. I started as a volunteer, then I moved to an internship and now I work as a Mentor in the workshop. I fell in love with it already as a volunteer.
Kata Undi
My name is Kata, and I’m a final-year student of special educational needs. I first became involved with Élmény Tár as a volunteer in 2013, and I’ve maintained close ties with the community ever since. Although there have been a few breaks over the years, big and small, I’ve always found myself back here time and again.
Kata Farkas
I graduated in Social Studies at PTE, then started and left the Master's programme in Social Policy. Over the years I have worked in many places: in hospitality at home and abroad
Anita Fúrós
I graduated in youth work in 2012, where I realised that I wanted to work with children. I don't remember exactly when, but I saw an advertisement in the Experience Bar for a 4-hour mentor.
Enikő Pölcz
First as a trainee, then as part of the communications team. Outside the classroom, I work for an IT company and do a correspondence course in psychology. When I'm not working, studying or teaching.
Judit Papp-Faragó
I am very grateful that through the fortunate events of life, teaching has become part of my everyday life. I am perhaps one of the team members most behind the scenes
Zsófi Tasnádi
I am a Romologist and drama teacher. I was one of the founding members of the Experience House and I am very happy to be part of a real team, running this great place with my colleagues.
Ramóna Sütő
I am a teacher of Hungarian and Library Studies, I applied to the Experience Workshop in 2018 to complete my pedagogical internship for my studies.
Eszti Takács
I work as a social media manager on a day-to-day basis, and I also support Élmény Tár in this area. I first joined the Élmény Tár team in 2020 as a volunteer and communications officer. I came across the opportunity through a Facebook advert, so I am living proof of the power of social media.
